As e-commerce flourishes, your expertise will be vital in assisting businesses to implement secure and effective payment systems.In this position, you will work closely with clients to tailor payment solutions that meet their specific needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process. If you are passionate about technology, finance, and delivering exceptional customer service, we welcome your application to make a significant impact!Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver top-quality consultancy services to Spanish-speaking clients regarding our online payment solutions.Guide clients through the onboarding and implementation processes of customized payment systems.Monitor and troubleshoot payment transactions to ensure seamless operations.Educate clients on payment compliance, security protocols, and best practices.Collaborate with technical teams to address client feedback and enhance service delivery.Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and solutions provided in our CRM system. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
