Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Consultant in our Online Payment Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this essential entry level role, you will provide critical support to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them optimize their online payment processes and ensuring they can transact securely and efficiently.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for offering tailored guidance and effective solutions based on each client's unique needs. Your expertise and commitment to customer service will be essential in building lasting relationships and achieving high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding online payment inquiries
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities of payment systems and best practices
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure continuous client satisfaction
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client challenges and find effective solutions
• Collect and implement client feedback to enhance service offerings
• Stay informed about developments in the online payments industry and related technologies

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement
• Focus on customer service with a commitment to quality support
• Basic knowledge of online payment systems is advantageous but not essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to support
• A collaborative team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
