• Interact with Spanish-speaking clients to assess their online payment requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Deliver ongoing support and training to clients, promoting best practices and product knowledge.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and user experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and compliance matters related to online payments.
• Gather and document client feedback to improve services and solutions continuously.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Familiarity with online payment solutions and financial technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
