We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based and full-stack solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
· Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions across multiple domains such as cloud computing, infrastructure, and full-stack application development.
· Cloud Architecture: Architect solutions using cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
· Full-Stack Development: Work closely with development teams to ensure the solutions are built using the best practices in full-stack development (e.g., front-end frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js and back-end frameworks like Node.js, .NET, or Java).
· Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms for cloud and application development based on client needs and project requirements.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Architecture Review: Conduct architecture reviews and provide feedback to ensure that the designs meet functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
· Documentation: Create detailed solution architecture documents, including high-level designs, data flow diagrams, and integration points.
· Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as security vulnerabilities, system limitations, or integration challenges.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies, frameworks, and full-stack development trends. Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
· Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in solution architecture, cloud technologies, and full-stack development.
· Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in designing cloud solutions using major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
· Full-Stack Development: Expertise in full-stack development using technologies such as JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular), HTML/CSS, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API development.
· Solution Design: Strong understanding of enterprise-level architecture, microservices, serverless computing, and API-based architectures.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
· Project Management: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
· DevOps Practices: Knowledge of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as a Code and CI/CD pipeline design.
· Security: Understanding of security principles for cloud and application development (e.g., encryption, identity management).
· Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
