As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Slovak-speaking clients with inquiries regarding our digital marketing and SEO solutions, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. Join us in a vibrant, collaborative environment and help make a difference in our clients' businesses.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and SEO services.Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.Document customer queries and interactions for continuous improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure clients are informed about products and services.Participate in training to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing trends and solutions. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
