In this important role, you will provide specialized support and consultancy to Slovak-speaking clients as they navigate the intricacies of online payment systems. With the continuous growth of e-commerce, your expertise will help businesses implement effective and secure payment solutions.Your responsibilities will include advising clients on customized payment systems and assisting them throughout the onboarding process. If you have a strong passion for technology, finance, and delivering outstanding customer service, we invite you to apply and make a real difference!Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional consultancy services to Slovak-speaking clients regarding our online payment solutions.Assist clients with the onboarding and implementation of payment systems tailored to their specific needs.Monitor transaction processes and provide troubleshooting support to ensure optimal operations.Educate clients on payment compliance and security protocols relevant to their transactions.Work closely with technical teams to gather and implement client feedback for service enhancements.Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions in our CRM. Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
