You will learn from the best, and work along side the future greats of the gaming industry.As the Senior Tools Engineer, you will be responsible for the reliable delivery of best-in-class tools from your team, pushing for quality at every opportunity to ensure that colleagues from all disciplines have what they need to do their work to the best of their ability. As a senior team member, you will share your knowledge with those with less experience to ensure high quality code is created throughout the team.Key Duties IncludeEnsure excellent quality work is produced throughout the team, including the use of automated testing processesWork closely with all content teams to ensure they have the tools needed, and actively identify areas of improvementPro-actively seek opportunities to improve the quality of everything we doActively take part in and encourage our collaborative and creative team spirit Experience working as a Tools Engineer on one or more AAA titlesKnowledge of common DCC tools, such as 3DS Max, Maya, Substance Suite, and HoudiniPassion for tools development and improving the working environment of othersSolid understanding of code architecture best practicesWork effectively and independently with minimum guidance and supportExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPassion for gaming and game developmentDesirableExperience in Unreal Engineer 4 or 5 on a AAA titleExperience mentoring other EngineersExperience supporting remote teamsExperience in planning and delivering large bodies of work throughout the full project lifecycle 25 Days Holiday, plus 1 day for your birthdayStudio Shutdown between Christmas and New YearDiscretionary Bonus SchemePrivate Pension SchemePrivate HealthcareHealth and Well-Being BenefitsDental CareOptical treatmentsMental Health Support
