Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Sitecore Engineer to join our team and work on exciting projects for a large UAE bank. This is a full-time onsite role requiring you to work from our Chennai Offshore Development Center (ODC).

Education

• Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of development  and design experience in Sitecore
• Should be a certified Sitecore Developer
• Should have good experience of defining and creating templates and pages
• Experience on custom rules and personalization

Technical Skills

• Should have development and design experience in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL
• Good knowledge on Helix architecture and Sitecore development
• Should be expert on customization in Sitecore
• Should have experience on customization of Sitecore content API exposed to other applications
• Should have strong skills on creating Sitecore websites
• Experience on deployment and support on Sitecore scaled environment

Functional Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

Soft Skills

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing  deep knowledge and experience"
• Self-motivator and self-starter,   Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
