Job Overview

The role of the Senior Product Manager is to drive the conceptualization, development, and rollout of products. This role requires understanding both business and tech and being excited to turn your big ideas into reality. You will handle complex products, like launching new product lines and integrating more strategic and operational tasks alongside ongoing execution.

You will work closely with key stakeholders in the company to understand the market and user problems and be able to identify and implement innovative solutions. Working across all departments of the company, you will serve as an internal/external liaison between business, design, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy & vision for complex products.
• Ensure the squad is working on the right priorities after aligning with management, and based on business value, and OKRs.
• Align with stakeholders on feature requirements and customer needs.
• Responsible for roadmap vision & definition.
• Responsible for product discovery and delivery.
• Work with engineers & designers to refine stories.
• Work closely with the squad to groom the backlog and plan sprints.
• Clarify user stories and ensure they are ready for development.
• Review and approve deliverables before release.
• Define the KPIs to measure the success of a feature or product performance.
• Raise squad-level risks or blockers that may impact project timelines.
• Ensure dependencies between squads are addressed.
• Collect feedback from users, customers, and stakeholders.
• Adjust priorities based on market trends, business goals, and user feedback.

Job Requirements

• Degree or master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of proven experience in a product management role.
• Proven track record of handling and shipping complex products or multiple products simultaneously.
• Experience in FinTech is a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in conducting product discovery and delivery processes.
• Skill in driving user interviews to gather insights and feedback.
• Ability to be creative and think outside the box to solve problems and make an impact on users' lives.
• Skill in product marketing and ensuring the product meets market needs.
• Experience leading agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Skill in drawing mock-ups, low-fidelity designs, and business process management flows (BPMs).
• Experience in Agile (agile values, principles and manifesto).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly to different stakeholders.
• Ability to present and explain product strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and marketing.
• Creative thinking and the ability to approach problems from multiple angles.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and come up with solutions.
• Flexibility in handling different tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Capability to lead agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment.
