Senior Platform Engineer

My client is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to enhance and scale their cloud infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with cutting-edge technology, ensuring high-performance, security, and reliability across global systems.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimising cloud infrastructure while driving automation, monitoring, and resource efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to improving system stability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure
• Enhance system performance, security, and reliability
• Maintain and expand a large-scale telemetry pipeline
• Automate processes to streamline operations
• Develop and implement monitoring, logging, and security protocols
• Support customers in integrating solutions into their existing infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001)

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years’ experience as a Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer
• Proficiency in a programming language (preferably Go)
• Strong expertise in networking, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems under pressure, and manage priorities effectively
• Fluent English and experience working in remote teams
