At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Payroll Assistant to join our UniQue team.

• Assist in payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide recommendations to improve office procedures, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Actively contribute to optimizing the organizational structure and processes to maximize resource utilization and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits operations.
• Handle additional tasks as required to support the team’s objectives and operational needs.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• 3 years of higher education after secondary school with a minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles within a large organization, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience in a payroll and benefits environment, handling a high-volume workload with a proactive, service-oriented approach and the ability to take initiative.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
• Extensive experience working with SharePoint.
• Familiarity with HR systems used by the Institution, such as Oracle EBS, Taleo (or a comparable Applicant Tracking System), and HR ticketing systems.
• Proven experience in drafting and publishing information for customers related to HR services or a similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
