We are looking for a Senior Manager Go to Market to join the Marketing team! The role is based in Athens or Heraklion, Crete.

Key Objective :

We are currently seeking a proactive and creative Market Activation & Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Market Activation & Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the roll out of integrated marketing processes, driving growth and ensuring competitive advantage over marketplace and competition.

Role Responsibility:

• Lead the creation and execution of robust GTM strategies for new product launches and commercial key priorities.
• Design and oversee the implementation of Omni - channel marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Buying & Merch teams and marketing teams to align GTM initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research, identifying trends and opportunities to inform GTM strategies.
• Develop comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize impact.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, facilitating collaboration and info flow across all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify key market players and their strategies.
• Gather and synthesize market intelligence, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market reach and product offerings.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Maintain and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and approaches in market entry and product launches

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field wint min 5 years in relevant position.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior.
• Experience managing creative teams and overseeing the development of marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of sportswear brands.
