We are looking for senior-level R&D engineers to join our Machine Learning team at Deep Origin.

Your primary responsibility will be to research and develop novel ML methods for protein-related problems.

If you are someone who wants to contribute to solving important problems in science and engineering, deliver advanced technologies to users, and work in an interdisciplinary environment, then this role is for you.

• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable machine learning models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning methodologies and state-of-the-art neural network architectures.
• Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, design, and develop efficient machine learning methods.
• Perform performance benchmarking, analyze results, and optimize models.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
