Are you a creative powerhouse who can design scroll-stopping social ads AND edit thumb-stopping videos? An Australian marketing agency is looking for their next creative superstar.

You'll create high-performing content for Meta Ads, working directly with our Australian team. We're looking for someone who obsesses over hook rates and can turn boring briefs into scroll-stopping content.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday Sydney hours (9am-5pm AEDT), where you'll be:

• Creating high-performing Meta Ad campaigns
• Working directly with the Australian team
• Taking ownership of creative performance
• Driving improvements in CTR, CPA, and hook rates
• Contributing to creative strategy

Essential:

• 5+ years experience in both design AND video editing
• Agency experience with proven track record
• Advanced skills in Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Pr, Ae) and Figma
• Portfolio showing both design and video work
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with Facebook Ads and creative best practices
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable internet + backup connection
• Available to start within 14 days

• Understanding of marketing metrics and optimisation
