You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ECM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on ECM best practices. Advanced customer-facing skills, customer relationship building, the ability to facilitate and lead blueprint design and requirements workshops, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ECM solutions, including OpenText Content Management suite
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and develop customized ECM strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the deployment and integration of ECM systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption of ECM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ECM systems.
• Stay “up to date” with the latest ECM technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Managing end to end Implementation independently.
• Communicate effectively in English, in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrate a passion for technology and willingness to learn new technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ECM consulting and implementation.
• Proficiency in ECM platforms such as OpenText, Documentum, SharePoint, etc.
• Strong understanding of ECM principles, including document management, workflow automation, and records management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate keen interest in learning new technologies.
