We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the E-Commerce domain. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to driving business success through data-driven insights and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements for E-Commerce initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

✅ Project Management & Execution

• Develop and present business cases, project plans, and strategic proposals to senior leadership.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and challenges, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

✅ Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation

• Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and achieve stakeholder alignment.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to guide development teams.
• Facilitate refinement sessions to ensure user stories are well-defined and development-ready.

✅ Process Improvement & Industry Trends

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Stay updated on E-Commerce and SAP CC trends to introduce innovative solutions and best practices.

✅ Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Provide expert guidance during implementation and testing phases.
• Mentor and support junior analysts and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements

✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills – Ability to think strategically and convert business needs into actionable solutions.
✔ Excellent communication skills – Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
✔ Proven project management experience – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency.
✔ Proficiency in business analysis tools – Experience using Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar tools.
✔ Collaborative & proactive mindset – Ability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented environment.
✔ Agile methodology experience – Familiarity with Agile frameworks and working in Agile teams is preferred.
