What You’ll Do 🕵️♂️ Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and present new market opportunities conducting industry segmentation research Focusing on Mid-Market, generate leads and grow the sales pipeline Use multiple channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking etc) to generate your own leadResearch customer pain points and uncover buying motivationsQualify prospects and prioritise those with high potential for conversionCreate partnerships(multiplier effect) with HR platforms, healthcare providers, benefit providers and alike.Relationship Building & NurturingBuild strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique challengesAct as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to meet prospective customer needsStay engaged with prospects through follow-ups, added-value activities, regular check-ins, and value-driven communication to ensure InsideOut remains top of their mind. Sales Pitches & DemonstrationsDeliver compelling presentations and product demos that highlight our platform's unique valueTailor pitches to address client-specific pain points and goalsUse storytelling to connect clients emotionally to our mission and product.Close deals via direct to business sales and through industry partnershipsNegotiation & Closing DealsPresent pricing structures and proposals that align with client needs and budgetsHandle objections with confidence, demonstrating how our solution solves their problems.Close deals efficiently while ensuring a positive client experience throughout.Marketing Collaboration & ExecutionDesign and execute innovative marketing campaigns that generate leads and engage prospectsWrite persuasive marketing copy for emails, blogs, and promotional materials.Organise and support marketing events, webinars, and campaigns to boost brand visibility and create new sales leads/opportunities.Leverage marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to track campaign success and refine strategiesIdentify and execute co-branded opportunities with partners and clients to amplify our messagePost-Sale Handoff & UpsellingCollaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth client activationMaintain relationships with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesCollect feedback to improve offerings and foster long-term partnerships.Required Skills & Experience 🏆Experience:5+ years in sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, or health techProven ability to close deals with SME/mid-market clients and secure healthcare partnerships.Experience working in a small team/start-upSales Skills:Skilled in every stage of the sales cycle: lead generation, nurturing, pitching, and closingExcellent negotiation and consultative selling abilitiesProven experience in presenting to C-Suite and key decision makersProven experience in successful objections handlingDemonstrable experience of closing £500k ARRMarketing & Campaign Expertise:Experience crafting persuasive marketing emails and supporting campaign creation with limited budget Driven growth and impact with creative campaigns, demonstrating high ROIComfortable organising events, webinars, and promotional activities.Business Skills: Familiarity with a CRM e.g.HubSpotCompetence using AI-tools e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney etc Highly competence with Google Workspace, MailChimp, Apollo or SalesLoft Personal Qualities:High-energy self-starter with the hustle to thrive in a startup environmentRelentless and target driven making sure no stone is left unturned Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust quickly.Organised and data-driven, using insights to refine your approach.Team management experience is desired.
