Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong travel trade relationships, and promoting our hotel's offerings to achieve sales targets. - In-depth knowledge of the dedicated source markets and the luxury travel market.
- Build and maintain relationships with Tour Operators and Travel agents to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for Travel Partners
- Account Management on the existing Travel Network (Tour operators, Wholesalers and DMCs) in relevant source markets.
- Identify target source markets and tailor sales campaigns and efforts accordingly. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for increasing bookings and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Plan and attend Sales calls, Road shows, B2B events, B2C events and Trade fairs in the relevant source markets
- Initiating familiarization trips across the hotel portfolio together with the Sales Representative
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.
- Work closely with the Reservations Team and the relevant Sales Rep for any sales related issue
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Proven Experience in luxury Resorts sales for at least 3 years.
- Fluency in Greek and English is a prerequisite. Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to present ideas clearly. Knowledge of extra languages is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, property management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
