We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in Home Loans and Mortgage Loans. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving loan origination, building strong relationships with customers, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless lending process. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of our loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for home loans and mortgage loans through various channels including cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and in-person meetings.
  • Understand customers’ financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Educate potential clients about loan products, interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and the application process.
  • Guide customers through the entire loan cycle—from lead generation and qualification to application and disbursal.
  • Maintain relationships with property developers, real estate agents, and channel partners to source quality leads.
  • Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on pipeline progress.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to leadership to help improve products, processes, and customer experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of home loans, mortgage loans, or other financial lending products.
  • Strong understanding of the loan process, including eligibility criteria, documentation, and disbursal timelines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or housing finance companies.
  • Familiarity with local real estate markets and strong connections with channel partners.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and digital loan origination systems.
