Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 2-3 Sales Specialists
• Hit sales targets
• Manage the sales process
• Forecast sales
• Utilize the CRM
• Ensure a high level of customer service

Sales Manager Requirements:

• Sales manager, team leader, or senior sales rep experience
• Experience leading a commission-based team is preferred
• Valid driver's license

Sales Manager Work Hours:

• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• 42 – 48 hours per week
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
