We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive our business forward. If you have 2-3+ years of experience in sales, a love for travel, and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!Roles and Responsibilities:~Develop and implement sales strategies to target educational institutions for student industry tours.~Build and maintain strong client relationships with colleges, universities, and academic institutions.~Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, achieving both individual and team targets.~Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the student travel segment.~Coordinate logistics for industry tours, working closely with tour operators, hotels, and vendors.~Create compelling presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.~Represent the company at education fairs and networking events.📍 Location: Pune 💼 Job Type: Full-time What We’re Looking For:- 2-3+ years of experience in sales within the travel and tourism industry, specifically for educational or industry tours.- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.- Passion for providing enriching experiences to students.- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in Travel and Tourism sales(Institute are the main target) is mandatory.
