We are venture-funded and growing rapidly in the explosive $100B+ STR industry.What we are looking for…We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.What you’ll do…Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach, e.g. cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn Inmail, DMs, Messenger, etc. Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle.Negotiate contracts with prospects.Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.Assist in onboarding new prospects.Work with exiting homeowners to retain home in portfolio.Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.Build and maintain professional networks.Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related fieldFive years’ experience in a similar position Real estate license preferred but not requiredSelf-motivated with results-driven approachThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesAbility to create and deliver effective presentationsStrong written and communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skills Compensation: Base salary + competitive commission structure; on target annual earnings estimated at $185,000EquityUnlimited Paid Time OffGenerous employer-sponsored healthcare (medical, dental, vision)Complimentary and discounted stays at AvantStay propertiesPaid parental leaveWellness stipendRemote work stipend
