Position: Sales Development Representative Job Type: On-site

Working Hours: 5:45 PM - 2:45 AM

Salary Package: Up to PKR 70,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain a solid customer base through excellent customer service.

Develop a deep understanding of the products/services to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.

Utilize CRM software to manage and update customer information and sales activity.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and prospecting.

Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales targets.

A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a telemarketing sales representative or similar role.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
