We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

As a Sales & Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing an existing customer portfolio and expanding it through effective telephone communication. Your role involves identifying new sales opportunities from incoming leads, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions. By leveraging your negotiation skills and customer-centric approach, you will contribute to business growth and achieve sales targets.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Manage and expand the existing customer base through telephone communication
  • Identify new sales opportunities from incoming leads
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Promote company products and services, aligning them with customer needs

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • 1+ years of experience as a Telemarketing Sales Consultant
  • High school diploma or degree from a university/college/technical institute
  • Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong commitment to achieving sales targets
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
