The position of Sales Coordinator will provide operational and logistics support in all matters concerning the shipment, documentation, after-sale service, and delivery of product to the company’s customers in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

 The person shall be responsible for all post-sales operations and logistics activity including:

 ·         Issue proforma invoice, sales order, coordinate with customer for getting shipping instruction complete and issue release.

·         Follow up payment from customer.

·         Update shipment schedule to make sure all shipments are shipped on time.

·         Coordinating with supplier to get shipment schedule done.

·         Working with customers to make sure documents are correct and on time.

·         Other duties as assigned by senior management.

·         Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in handling international logistics, export import and documentation.

·         Proficient in English.

·         Understand incoterm and international payment term.

·         Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with people from different offices around the globe.
