JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Agent – Retail will assist in delivering a high-quality guest experience by providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining well-organized and visually appealing retail spaces. This role, will support inventory management, assist with product displays, and ensure the retail outlets are fully stocked. Additionally, this role will help with promotional activities, handle guest inquiries and returns, and provide guidance to junior team members

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience

0-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or related fields.

 Skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail sales techniques.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior staff members.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge in using point-of-sale (POS) systems or cash registers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to quickly address operational challenges and guest concerns, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English.
