About the Role of Sales Administrator 

As a Sales Admin Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless support for our client’s sales team. Your organizational skills and keen eye for detail will drive efficiency and elevate customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

✔ CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system. 

✔ Sales Support: Create compelling sales materials, presentations, and reports. 

✔ Market Insights: Use RP Data (or similar tools) to analyze market trends and empower data-driven decisions. 

✔ Coordination: Schedule sales meetings/events and handle inquiries with professionalism. 

✔ Process Improvement: Propose ideas to streamline sales admin workflows. 

About You 

Must-Have Qualifications 

✅ CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office mastery (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 

✅ Experience with RP Data or equivalent market research tools. 

✅ 1+ years in sales support/administration – you thrive in fast-paced environments. 

✅ Communication superpowers – friendly, clear, and collaborative.
