We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with expertise in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA and a track record of at least three end-to-end SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP MM processes while integrating with other SAP modules and third-party systems. This role involves solution design, system configuration, stakeholder management, and ongoing support to ensure smooth SAP operations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP MM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Optimize SAP-related processes and operations, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.

System Configuration & Integration

• Configure and customize SAP MM & PP modules for seamless business operations.
• Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (e.g., WM, SD, FI-CO) and third-party systems.
• Provide hands-on expertise in RF and Scanners for Warehouse Management (WM) operations.

Project Management & Governance

• Establish governance policies to ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP MM-related matters.
• Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to drive SAP solutions that meet organizational goals.
• Provide training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new SAP functionalities.

Quality Assurance & System Support

• Perform regular system audits, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain SAP system performance.
• Support ongoing application maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.
• Work closely with vendor resources to address project goals and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience

•  10-12 years of SAP MM experience, with at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Expertise in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA, including solution design, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) processes.
• Hands-on experience with RF and Scanners in WM operations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop SAP-based solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
