TransTec is seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Senior Consultant to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this critical role, you will leverage your extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling to optimize our financial processes and provide expert guidance to our clients. As a senior member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions that meet our clients' unique business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design efficient processes, and ensure the best possible user experiences. Your expertise will guide clients in the effective use of SAP FICO to support their financial operations, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and financial reporting. You will mentor junior consultants, enhancing their skills and ensuring high-quality deliverables while contributing to knowledge sharing within the team. Join us at TransTec, where your contributions will directly impact our clients' success and help us maintain our status as a leader in SAP consulting.ResponsibilitiesLead SAP FICO implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.Configure SAP FICO modules based on client specifications and industry best practices.Provide expert guidance on financial processes, including financial reporting and compliance.Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to their professional development. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation roles.In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration and customization.Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
