In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue management processes, ensuring optimal pricing strategies, and supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Revenue Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales and marketing, to maximize revenue streams and enhance the overall profitability of the hotel. Your analytical mindset will enable you to monitor demand and market trends while implementing strategies that drive revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies in line with overall business goals.
• Analyze revenue performance, market trends, and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies and inventory management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance to senior management.
• Optimize room rates and allocation based on demand forecasts and market analysis.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Support in training and mentoring junior staff in revenue management best practices.
• Conduct regular audits of booking data and system updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in revenue management or analytics, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation and revenue forecasting.
• Proficient in revenue management systems, MS Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Experience in managing staff or leading projects is a plus.
