IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

In this role, you will be part of the TA Leadership team reporting to the TA Director and you will lead our Internal and External resourcing solutions for all of Envalior’s growth and project needs.

Your goal is to manage and lead a team of RPO recruiters and MSP resources to meet regional recruiting needs and develop various proactive strategies to deliver an effective and efficient operation 2nd to none.

By acting as a trusted partner to the local and regional leadership you will: 

  • Be ‘Hands On’ to lead and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process, from headcount needs and analysis planning, developing innovative attraction strategies, assessment and interview through to hire; for The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and other countries in Europe.
  • Oversea, Lead and Manage Hays MSP for contingent labor solutions within the region.
  • Personally Lead Exec and leadership hiring within the region.
  • Manage a diverse range of stakeholders who have competing urgent requirements and become their trusted advisor.
  • Manage third party recruitment vendors, (including the local Hays MSP and Manpower RPO) ensuring quality of service, effective pricing and a positive employee experience.
  • Provide coaching, training to your recruiters and hiring managers on best practices, processes and procedures.
  • Ensure all TA activities deliver an excellent internal and external experience.
  • Become an expert user of our ATS (Workable) and our VMS (3SS) to assist hiring managers and other HR Team members to exploit their respective functionality and data outputs.
  • Proactively create, track and manage talent pools to quickly mobilize a high-quality pipeline of candidates.
  • Work with the Graduate Recruitment Manager to develop and understand local business needs and establish effective ‘early careers’ recruitment programmes.
  • Work with the TA Systems and Operations specialist to maximize functional performance, along with any COE innovations and areas for continuous improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 8-10 years of ‘In-House’ recruitment experience, 3-5 years leading cross boarder teams
  • Proven experience in business partnering (up to C-Suite level)
  • Able to handle high-level and low-level escalations
  • Very good at analytical thinking and problem solving with attention to detail
  • Experienced in working with ATS Solutions and interpreting associated data outputs
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and part of a virtual team
  • Experience Managing and Leading an RPO Partner
