We are looking for an energetic and motivated male intern to join our recruitment team, focusing primarily on blue-collar hiring. The ideal candidate should be willing and able to travel frequently to various governorates to organize and participate in recruitment events. The intern will play a key role in sourcing skilled and unskilled labor through diverse recruitment channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning and executing blue-collar job fairs and recruitment campaigns across Egypt.
• Conduct field visits to targeted governorates, cities, and villages to attract potential candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vocational training centers, local NGOs, community leaders, and other grassroots sources.
• Assist in screening candidates and collecting applications and CVs.
• Submit daily reports on campaign results and candidate outreach.
• Represent the company professionally in various external recruitment activities.

graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Willingness and availability to travel frequently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with people from various backgrounds.

Interest in labor market dynamics, especially in the blue-collar sector.
