About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with expertise in commercial property valuation, particularly with Argus software. While experience in industrial real estate is highly preferred, candidates with backgrounds in other asset classes who are proficient in Argus and financial modeling are encouraged to apply. Excel proficiency is also essential for broader financial analysis and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial property valuations using Argus for financial projections, lease analysis, and investment modeling.
• Analyze industrial real estate assets, including market trends, rental rates, and property performance.
• Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities, returns, and risks.
• Utilize Excel for cash flow analysis, data modeling, and reporting.
• Assist in due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights on asset performance and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience & Technical Skills:
•  Proficiency in Argus (Enterprise, DCF, or similar modules).
•  Financial modeling expertise (DCF analysis, ROI calculations, sensitivity analysis).
•  Excel proficiency (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros preferred).
• Background in commercial real estate, with a preference for industrial real estate.
• Familiarity with property valuations, lease structures, and market analysis.
• Personal Attributes:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to different property types while leveraging valuation expertise.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights.
