Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our team. This role involves working with the company to close deals in all of Connecticut.

Responsibilities

•  Title Review: Work with title companies to conduct title searches, review title reports, and resolve any title issues prior to closing.

•  Disbursement of Funds: Oversee the proper disbursement of funds and ensure that all closing costs, fees, and commissions are properly handled.
•  Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the closing process, working to find solutions that protect both the company and clients.
•  Closing Statements: Review and explain the final settlement statements to buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are fully informed.
•  Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, title companies, home inspectors, and contractors, to ensure a seamless transaction process.
•  Compliance: Stay up to date with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and industry standards.

•  Experience Level: Must be a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Connecticut
