a. Performs Process and Product Audits to software projectsb. Collects and analyzes company-wide quality data to identify areas for improvementc. Provides support to software project teams through project data analysis and develops, recommends,and monitors corrective and preventive actionsd. Prepare reports to communicate the analysis resultse. Provides guidance in root cause analysis and recommends corrective and preventive actionsf. Handles and conducts SQA-related training a. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT-related courseb. Have at least 3 years Quality Management experience preferably in Software Quality Managementc. Well versed with QC Toolsd. Knowledgeable and with experience in CMMI, ISO9001, Six Sigma, Quality Audite. Knowledgeable in any software development process (Waterfall, Agile, V-model, etc)f. Knowledgeable and with experience in Software Process Improvement and Software Metricsg. Knows and have experience in quantitative Data Analysis (Descriptive Statistics, Exploratory andconfirmatory data analysis)h. Knowledgeable and with experience in developing and conducting SQA-related trainings.i. Well versed in the use of MS Office (especially MS Excel)j. Demonstrated initiative, problem solving, and critical-thinking skillsk. Able to learn quickly, has strong organizational and leadership skills and possess negotiation skillsl. Software development experience is a plus.
