Job Responsibilities:

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in the packaging machinery or machinery manufacturing industry is essential.
2. Perform incoming inspections of manufactured and machined parts at supplier locations.
3. Conduct quality checks on received components at the factory.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
5. Expertise in using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, digital height gauges, and hardness testers.
6. Strong understanding of metal fabrication and machining processes.
7. Develop quality plans, prepare inspection reports, and maintain records of quality parameters.
8. Identify nonconformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
9. Willingness to travel within Pune (70% of the time) and occasionally outside Pune (up to 5%).
10. Ensure proper calibration of measuring instruments and maintain related records.
11. Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 QMS processes.
12. Certification as an internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 is preferred.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE) preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG industries.

Key Skills:
