  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
  • Support the procurement team in processing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier information.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Assist in analyzing purchasing data and preparing reports on procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are met.
  • Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to procurement, such as document filing and data entry.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking.
