The Property Damage Specialist will work with insurance adjusters, auto body shops, property damage experts, and most importantly clients. The Property Damage Specialist is responsible for ensuring claims are managed fairly and in a timely manner.Essential Functions:Meet with clients to obtain complete total loss documentation.Conduct introductory calls with clients daily.Communicate on a daily basis with clients and adjusters. Assist clients with any/all communication, estimates, appointments, and rental reservations as needed.Assist clients with rental liens as needed.Assist with the offboarding process.Explain subrogation demands to clients as needed.Review the total loss valuation with clients, and support this process as needed.Prepare Loss of Use demands if rental vehicle was not provided.Prepare demands for Diminution of Value.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.1-2 years of office administrative experience required, preferably with a law firm.Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other relevant software.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Strong problem solving and time management skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
