In this role, you will be instrumental in improving and maintaining our AI Prompts Pipelines, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our data-driven decision-making processes. The Prompt Analyst will develop, evaluate, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), working collaboratively across teams to optimize the capabilities and performance of our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•  Problem Analysis: Break down complex challenges into actionable components and design effective prompt structures for Large Language Models (LLMs) to meet diverse business needs.
•  Innovation & Research: Investigate and implement best practices in prompt engineering while embracing creative, out-of-the-box approaches when necessary.
•  Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams—customer success, product, data science, and engineering—to develop, refine, and integrate AI-driven features.
•  Lifecycle Management: Utilize our internal tools to oversee the entire prompt engineering lifecycle, including dataset creation, error analysis, testing, and optimization.
•  Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, and emerging models) and apply innovative methodologies to improve our AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Native english speaker
•  Self-Motivation & Strong Work Ethic: Outstanding proactive learning capabilities and a proactive mindset that guarantees precision, seeks additional information when necessary, and persists until achieving the objective.
•  Technical Expertise: Familiarity with major Large Language Models and prompt engineering techniques.
•  Experience: 2+ years in data analysis, AI research, product research, or related fields.
•  Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset and statistical thinking, with a proven ability to creatively solve complex problems.
•  Technical Proficiency: Experience with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and working with APIs through code.

Bonus Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, or Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Hands-on experience with tools or frameworks for LLM development and experimentation.
