We are looking for a Project Manager Officer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Participation in meetings with internal & external stakeholders.

• Collaboration with clients and relevant parties to understand their business goals and requirements.
• Working with stakeholders, business users, and all technical development, implementation, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting a comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Contributing to business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (with developers, designers, and other project managers) to ensure smooth progress and successful project delivery.
• Analyzing and understanding business needs, developing clear and precise specifications to ensure systems fully meet business requirements.
• Preparing high-quality deliverables, including user manuals, documentation for executing UAT scenarios, etc.
• Providing and supporting the analysis of requirements and reports.
• Participating in prototype presentations to the client and collecting/processing customer feedback.

• Professional experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in project management or project support, with experience in IT or energy sector projects considered an additional asset.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, allocate resources, track progress, and mitigate risks. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc., will be considered an additional asset.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with project stakeholders, team members, and other departments within the organization.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2) will be considered an additional qualification.

• Analytical skills, ability to analyze data, ability to forecast potential problems, and make data-driven decisions for the smooth operation of projects.

• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, QlikView, Jira.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong organizational capacity, and efficient task prioritization.

• Management of time requirements with strict deadlines while ensuring the completeness of deliverables for stakeholder needs.

• Adaptability to changes in project requirements, evolving stakeholder needs, and unforeseen challenges that may arise during project implementation.

• Problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking in high-pressure situations.

Basic Degree Titles/Academic Specialization

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
