Job Purpose:
We are seeking a passionate Programmer Analyst 5 to join our small team focused on building custom applications and capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to understand business needs and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to derive and document functional requirements and specifications.
• Develop application logic in both .NET service tier and Angular frontend.
• Create data access logic using Entity Framework and MS SQL to support application functionality.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Work closely with the team to ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, performance, and security.
• Participate in branching and merging strategies to maintain code integrity and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

•  3+ years of experience developing C# MVC web services.
•  3+ years of experience with Angular to develop dynamic web applications.
• Strong experience with .NET Core for building modern applications.
• Experience with branching and merging strategies in a collaborative development environment.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
