● 5+ years in life science software product management, ideally with a vendor producing LIMS, ELN, or SDMS products
● Proven track record of successfully championing trajectory-changing shifts in the biopharma industry which have resulted in revenue and customer growth
● Fearless ability to interact with customers and synthesize their insights to drive product strategy
● Deep knowledge of data management, data visualization techniques and tools, as well as experience managing data based products that deal with complex data, processing and analysis
● Proven track record of developing and launching successful products, from ideation through implementation
● Experience of building and leading highly technical product management teams
● Ability to travel regularly to customer locations and whiteboard the product strategy with them
● Experience of working within a biopharma company in an IT related function is a big plus
