We are looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive and visually compelling experiences that drive user engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution. Key Responsibilities

•  End-to-End Product Design: Own the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
•  User Research & Testing: Conduct usability studies, gather insights, and iterate designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
•  Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
•  Visual & Interaction Design: Create aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
•  Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
•  Design Systems & Consistency: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
•  Accessibility & Usability: Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

Requirements

•  3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and typography.
• Ability to create responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (not mandatory but a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile or fast-paced startup environments.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven design improvements.
