Job Title: Porter

Las Vegas Petroleum is actively seeking a dedicated and hardworking Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for both customers and staff. This position requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors throughout the facility.
• Maintain and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to uphold company cleanliness standards.
• Assist with removing trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal practices are followed.
• Support setup and breakdown of events or meetings by helping arrange furniture and equipment.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues, ensuring timely communication with management.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and responsive to guest inquiries.
• Adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness regulations throughout all tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a janitorial or custodial role is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude in customer interactions.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
