If you enjoy technology, communication, and helping businesses grow their online presence, we want you on our team!Your ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.Assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on digital marketing best practices and solutions.
