We are currently hiring a skilled Pizza Chef for our client in Co. Wexford. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant kitchen team and showcase your creativity and passion for producing quality pizzas.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency Work with fresh ingredients and manage dough preparation, toppings, and oven cooking Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods Assist with stock control and ordering of pizza-related supplies Maintain a clean and organized workstation Requirements: Previous experience as a Pizza Chef in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting Knowledge of dough making, proofing, hand-stretching, and cooking techniques Ability to work under pressure and during peak service hours Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and a commitment to excellent food standards Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Location: Co.
