Certification as a Pharmacy Technician from an accredited program or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy management, and pharmacy law.Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and other technology tools.Ability to communicate effectively with patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards.
