  • Maintain and update employee records, both in digital systems and physical files.
  • Prepare employment documents including contracts, letters.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Process personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and leaves.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records and assist in monthly timekeeping reports.
  • Ensure that all employee records are accurate, confidential, and in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the HR team.
  • Bachelor degree in law preferable
  • Proven 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
