This role is critical in driving a high-performance culture by ensuring our performance processes are consistent, transparent, and aligned with strategic goals. You will partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Department Heads, and Senior Leadership to implement and optimize performance-related initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the full lifecycle of the company’s performance management program (goal setting, mid-year reviews, end-of-year evaluations, feedback cycles, etc.)Partner with department leads to roll out performance initiatives that align with team and company objectivesMonitor and analyze performance data and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvementContinuously assess and enhance performance management tools, systems, and processes to improve clarity, fairness, and efficiencySupport the communication and training related to performance practices, including OKRs or other goal frameworksEnsure consistency and equity across teams in performance assessments and career progression practicesWork closely with People Operations to align performance data with development planning, promotions, and rewards 3–4 years of experience in performance management, people operations, HR business partnering, or a related fieldStrong project management and coordination skills; able to lead initiatives with multiple stakeholdersExperience with performance management tools and platforms (e.g., Lattice, 15Five, Culture Amp, etc.)Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and providing actionable insightsExcellent communication and facilitation skills; able to drive alignment and engagement across departmentsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExposure to organizational development or change management practices
