The Outsourcing team of PwC Greece is the leading provider of Accounting, Payroll & HR solutions in Greece, assisting organizations to get value from our outsourcing experience and bring together the skills to deliver improvements in people, processes, and technology. With a team of approximately three hundred professionals, we aim to provide holistic solutions to our clients supporting them in confronting the challenging and constantly changing environment in Greece. In this dynamic environment, we are now looking for a high caliber Payroll Outsourcing Manager for our team in Thessaloniki. As a member of our team, you will:
Supervise and guide a team of approximately eight to ten people in delivering efficient HR Administration & Payroll services, ensuring accurate implementation of compliance policies.
Review worked performed by team to ensure excellence in work delivery.
Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and detailed reports to clients and management, advising on HR and payroll compliance requirements.
Act as the primary liaison with clients and public authorities, building trusted relationships and ensuring effective communication.
Coordinate and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Build strong internal relationships within the Payroll Outsourcing team and across other service lines and you will counsel and develop more staff through delegation and on the job training.
Collaborate with senior executives within the organization, addressing key subjects concerning client-related issues.
Monitor KPIs agreed within the team to ensure proper job allocation and financials.
Seek for opportunities to develop your own expertise and constantly challenge yourself.
What we are looking for:
At least six (6) years of professional experience with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role
Previous experience at a consulting firm and/or large industry payroll team will be considered an asset
BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field
Experience of working on multiple payrolls will be highly regarded
Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
Advanced knowledge of HRMS systems (experience with multiple platforms is an asset)
Extensive knowledge of labour and social security law
Proficient use of excel will be highly regarded
A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teams
Willingness for continuous learning and development
